During my stay i had booked my self into the Hyatt, in Ahmedabad, the cost working out to around £65 a night just for the stay, with it being right next to a shopping mall, and not too far from the airport, many local shops close by and cash machines that where only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
It is easy to get into a rickshaw just remembering to make sure that they wind back their meter all the way, many of them will try to charge you extra, the cost of from the hotel to the school was around 20 rupees, but if all fails you are able to book a private taxi from the hotel if you wished to go anywhere, and are able to get a taxi driver for 4 hours that would cost you around 1500 rupees so around £16.48
